A&w Canada - Windsor

Although my 1st impression was not good as I was charged for an extra soda the manager stood up and took care of the refund apologizing. I'm sure a mistake can happen to anyone. At the end of the day the experience and the food was good!

About once a month I enjoy a sausage egg Mc .However the last time I waited 20 minutes to enjoy my Mc .So this time I stepped out of my comfort zone and went A&W.Boy, what a difference!!The muffin was so fresh, just lightly (rightly? toasted.The egg was taller/thicker cooked to perfection (6.5 seconds past runny).But the sausage, oh, the sausage.... It was larger, juicier and way tastier than the opposition.I had to go back for a second, just to make sure the first wasn't a fluke.(the sacrifices a food critic must endure!)It was so superior I was in awe.I'm a convert.It's a shame A&W stop serving them so early in the afternoon!!PS. The hash-brown was superior too.

Arrived at the drive-thru last night at 10:49. I was the very very last in line and next up to order. Only 1 person who had already ordered and past speaker so I could order at 10:54 )Made it to the ordering speaker at 10:54 and waited and waited. Tried to call out is anyone there then they serve the truck ahead and come on at 10:59 and inform me sorry we are closed He could not have said that at 10:54? And PS you close at 11 not 10:49. If closed at 10:49, please consider correctioning the hours online so I don't drive off the highway wasting precious time.

They don't treat customers or employees very well in that aspect.They take way to long with their food. They don't train their staff well.They put seasoning on things that you ask for none. I've even had extra seasoning when I ask for none.They will hurt their customers by acting like this!Just this place has went down hill very bad. They use to be good.They can not even keep up with general maintenance. I do not know what they are going to do.I would not recommend to a anyone.
