Subway - Windsor On

I got Scammed. I ordered in the app and waited for so long in the restaurant. When I asked they said they didn't receive the order. Also the status is showing delivered . One of the worst experiences with the subway. I walked out without getting my order. I spoke to the person in the store multiple times. Showed them my order which was with the correct store at the correct time. They said these things happen all the time we can't help you. You contact the customer service. NEVER ORDER ON THE APP TO THIS SUBWAY!!! I have ordered on the app to this subway multiple times and not once have they made my sub correctly when I pick it up, there is always something missing or something added that shouldn’t be there.
