Sher-e Darbar Restaurant Sweets

I ordered from skip the dishes #347515908. I came from work was so tired and checked the Indian restaurant on skip the dishes. usually I order from other restaurant but that was closed so i gave try to order from this restaurant. they took around 50 minutes total to deliver and preparation of the channa and bhatura. when i received 1 bhutara was ok, the second one was so hard to break. it looks like they made in the morning and just put in the microwave when i ordered. Horrible thing was when i was eating channa then i feel something hard in the channa i was thinking its cinnamon but i was wrong when i saw I was shocked. it was broken glass. yes you have read right. i am sending you pictures too. please check my finger tip. this was my first and last order. i dont recommend at all.

Sher e darbar is the best Reasturent in Windsor Ontario very delicious food specially curries good quality and quantity I really recommend this place Try chicken curries and goat meat you will really appreciate them

If items are Out of stock then you probably should cancel the order and not charge your customers for the random items that you deliver. This is third time i ordered with this restaurant and always gets the wrong thing and they never accept their mistakes and just say the item were out of stock.edit looking at your response now and it shows how much you care about your customers and no it is your responsibility to confirm with your customer before sending a random item to them and app does not notify and order can not be cancelled once its confirmed by the restaurant on doordash and every other store always calls if item is out of stock. Do better and hold yourself accountable when you're wrong.

Pathetic food and arrogant service. Try at your own risk ... And please read the owners response as well.. Pathetic. Total waste of money

There is no option of zero star otherwise that would have been given. Ordered dal makhni and received moongi ki dal. Please look at the burnt naan. Also there was no garlic in garlic naan. Rather pickle rubbed on naan. When complained , the attendant said that it’s customer’s problem that the daal is black or not. However, got full refund after returning the food. If you considering this place to eat out, ENTER THE RESTAURANT AT YOUR OWN RISK
