We were very disappointed at Johnny Rockets at the casino in Windsor, we decided to have a quick bite before a show, i am allergic to black pepper so i asked the waitress if i can have my sandwich with no black pepper, to which she said oh i don't think we can do that, we are very busy. So i asked if she could please ask them as i cant eat it, she went to the open kitchen (in full view of us) and just stood there for a minute and then came back and said I don't think we can, she didn’t even ask, i spoke to the manager on duty and she said no we can’t do that we have a small grill and they use pepper on the grill so they couldn’t accommodate me allergy or not they couldn't clear a small spot to grill the chicken, so they don't have allergy procedures. We should have just paid for the drinks and gone elsewhere but we didn’t so I ordered a tuna melt which was full of onions and had black pepper in it which i discovered on taking a bite. So I had a few of my husband’s fries which came at least ten minutes before our sandwiches came. At any rate we will never go to eat there again. And i just wanted people to know if you have any allergies you need to steer clear of them. Dietary restrictions: Apparently they can not accommodate allergies Parking: The casino is renovating the parking garage, but still plenty of parking

We got here at 11:50 breakfast was being served ,we wanted lunch the lady said they doing both till noon,then they only do lunch at noon.The gentleman said who wants breakfast had people go ahead of us ,which was ridiculous.We decided to do breakfast. I always love the service I get here, as well as quality. The only thing I don't really jive with all of the time is that no sides come with their hamburgers. It's not included in the price. Or with the sandwiches. I know that's a business model thing. Just classic diners always had those sides. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
