We love their sugar cookies! I ordered 2 dozen frosted decorated cookies for christmas and all loved them.

We had a hurry to make our wedding cookies. they were open to us the provision of our personalized bags and offered to them individually for a minimum fee that saved us a lot of work! they have turned out beautiful and tasty! many thanks! we recommend them!

I had seen all the wonderful reviews about hastens and they were all exact! I have on this week-end 4 dozen frosted/decorated sugar cookies for our baseball team. the cookies were absolutely delicious, soft and the frosting was amazing! all came back for seconds and shaved around them. will definitely come back!

I bought some dozen of frost sugar cookies to give some customers for valentines. a type has written this after reception: at a distance they were the best cookies I had in a long time thanks to for it.

I have gone to this bakery for several years and ordered many cakes And other baked items from them on numerous occasions. They have always had an amazing assortment of items, which I would frequently stop by for a special treat. Recently the quality of their baked goods is not as good. The last cake I ordered was very dry. Today I picked up my nephew and stopped by for a special treat after preschool. They had apparently just closed although the door was unlocked. They were waiting for somebody who Still need to pick up a cake. There were two women sitting behind the counter, so I didn’t realize they were closed when I first walked in. I wanted to purchase some bread and get a special treat for my nephew. They were not very friendly and informed me that they were closed. Since they were both just sitting there and not doing anything productive it would’ve been nice if they could’ve at least sold me some bread. Apparently they Couldn’t be bothered to help me, even though I could’ve paid cash or credit. As the quality of their products have gone down and they have virtually no customer service skills, it looks like I will need to find a new bakery. Very sad since this used to be such a wonderful place.
