Haka - Windsor and Maidenhead

Maidenhead offers a wide selection of Chinese takeout options, and this particular restaurant is a standout choice. They offer high-quality Chinese cuisine at budget-friendly prices. However, it is worth noting that they do not accept credit cards, even during the Covid pandemic.

This was the best Chinese dining experience in Maidenhead! The staff were lovely, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last – we loved every dish we tried. I recommend trying the Singapore noodles and crispy chilli beef.

We ordered takeout from Haka restaurant 10 months ago and they came highly recommended - now we see why! The food was delicious, portions were generous, and we enjoyed ordering a variety of appetizers like rice and crackers that fit well within our budget. The menu had a wide selection to choose from, with options to suit every palate. When we went to pick up our order, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed when Haka had to temporarily close due to lockdown restrictions, but were thrilled when they reopened for business as soon as they were able to.

Great service and eat! still by menu, but special roasted rice crispy chili bark are my favorites now. rice is really tasty and crispy bark is coated in flawless sauce.

The first time I tried this place i was pretty disappointed. But i always give takeaways a couple of tries, because they tend to be good at some dishes and rubbish at others. For my second try, i went for prawns in a spicy black bean sauce; it was very tasty. Staff are still friendly and quick. Prawn crackers still aren't up to scratch but that's hardly the end of the world.
