The Fusion Of Windsor

Had the Tuscan Atlantic Salmon with roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots. All cooked perfectly. Excellent service from experienced waitstaff who had only been at the restaurant 3 weeks but knew the menu and was very attentive.

This restaurant was fantastic! Delicious food and excellent service! Can't wait to go back and will be telling family and friends to go!

Most expensive basic food I’ve ever had.Great salmon though.

We've been to The Fusion several times now, and we've been happy each time. I love the salmon entree, which I've had twice now. It's perfectly cooked and it comes with two sides.My partner has tried the ribeye and the Fettuccine Alfredo--both were excellent.And you can choose to sit indoors or out, and you can even enjoy a game of horseshoes!

First time stopping in and we enjoyed it so very much. We totally will be back!
