Subway - Windsor

Service is very bad. Worker didn't acknowledge me when i walked in then proceeded to help someone who came in after i did instead of finishing our order.

I'm use to the angry young men behind the counter. However check the receipt, the board price, and app to make sure it all matches. I order the same thing all the time and I'm always charged different prices. When I brought it up, they said something like their register is not updated and the app price is different. I reported them. Don't play with people's money!!

I generally get really good service here and consistent quality, however today the fountain drinks tasted real messed up like there was mold in the machine or something.

They have a set of young kids running the place when Sabrina is not there... They play loud ghetto music it is so loud they can't even hear what I am saying, but they have an attitude like I am bothering them because they can't hear me... Who is running this place? I normally eat here on a regular but now I rather drive 15 minutes away when you are 3 minutes from my house... Very rude and disrespectful why should my kids listen to all those fukin and sucking songs while I order my sandwich and it's not even like they are moving fast ... I won't be going back... Eating there for years and I am done. Disgusting!

Every time I order from this specific place something is always wrong or not handled correctly. Some of the staff(Younger people) needs to be retrained to in Customer Service and a sense of store policies.
