Domino's Pizza - Winchester

I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. Our food was delivered late and some items were incorrect. When we contacted them about the issue, they offered us a refund that didn't even cover the missing item.

If you choose to give honest feedback on the Hello Domnios website, be cautious. I shared that my order was prepared incorrectly and had concerns about the presence of a child in the food preparation area, which I had noticed previously. The next day, I received a call from a manager who was immediately confrontational and aggressive. They defended having a child in the food preparation area as it was their own child. Despite explaining that my feedback was not meant to offend, the manager insisted that my comment was equivalent to calling their child dirty. I was left upset and on the verge of tears. I was shocked that my personal phone number was used to verbally abuse me in this way. After the call, I felt compelled to contact environmental health to ensure the manager was educated on the necessary food hygiene standards for an establishment that prepares and sells food.

This is my local dominoes and the quality is just so poor. I would say 70% of the time I'm disappointed, usually lukewarm by the time it gets to you (the delivery time is nearly always 1.5 hours) the pizzas are just a mess. Tonight I went to order to then be told it is 1.5 hours wait (shock) and that they have ran out of peppers, onions, mushrooms and there is no discount for the pizzas that include these toppings. Whoever owns this franchise needs to pull there finger out, you would have thought its ran by a bunch of kids. When I have a dominos from another store it is noticeably better.

Ordered food, wrong order delivered. Staff at outlet couldn’t give a jot, and it was either a refund or wait another hour for the right meal (possibly) to be delivered. Hardly fast food if you have to wait nearly 2 hours for what is basically cheese on toast. Avoid the outlet. There are so many better places to get food delivered from in Whiteley.

We've given Dominos more then enough chances and every time we think we'll give them another go, they disappoint. We did the 1 large pizza, 2 sides, cookies and a drink for 19.99 and the garlic bread was probably the best part. I don't understand why their pizzas always have big air pockets? The pizza was luke warm and the base was uneven and there's never a distinct flavour, it all tastes the same. I'll never order from here again, Papa John's all the way.
