Purple Cow Soft Serve, Winchester, Va

I was excited to try their pizza at the Dirty Boots Festival in MD, but actually getting my pizza seemed like one mishap after another.First I'm told that it will be about a half an hour for the pepperoni pizza to be ready, so I also order some donuts to keep me and my friends occupied donuts were good... topped with Fruity Pebbles. When it was about time my friend said he'd get the pizza, and was told by the person there that I only order 2 slices of pepperoni.So now I walk over because I think there's been some miscommunications, especially after being told that my order came to 26 dollars. I'm told that the oven stopped working and that it will be another 30 minutes. I check with my friends and they say that's okay, so I convey that. Then I'm advised that they're out of pepperoni all the while noticing that a pizza just came out of the oven. I say cheese is okay and that the one sitting there probs should be mine logically. Nope, mine was just put in the oven... 30 minutes.I go back to pick up my pizza and the oven had stopped working again. Instead of discussing it they just handed me 20 dollars for a refund. Keep the tip friends! Hangry is a real disease people...

This place was amazing we tried soft serve and Hersheys and the were both amazing! They have 20 different Hershey flavors and they are now our new favorite place in town!!

The ice cream and milkshake was absolutely delicious! I would recommend coming!

It wasn't bad, was a little pricy. What I asked for wasn't what I got and I understand being new but maybe we'll try it again after newness wears off.

Drove an hour to be here when they “opened at 11am”. At noon there was still no one here to open the business. Very unprofessional.
