Loma's At The Opera House - Winchester

Elliott was an awesome waiter. Thanks for the old fashions and the superb service. The food was great as usual. Buffalo chicken wrap and sweet potato fries.

Our food was a little slow coming out but everything else was great, we love it here!

Found Loma 's online. Made reservations. Drove 34 miles from Morehead. Easy to find. Enjoyed the physical building (loved the interior bricks). Waiter was friendly and helpful. Ordered tots; over cooked and dry; would not order again. Ordered fish and chips. French fries were tasty, but cut so short that they were impossible to hold and dip. The fish was ok . The tarter sauce was not good; some recipes one should not mess with. Due to the poorness of dinner, we opted to skip dessert (we actually went to Wal Mart and bought a frozen pie). With tax, our bill was $55. Honestly, I have had better fish and chips at bars and at Cracker Barrel. This was our first and last time to visit Loma 's.

Great atmosphere and food. Good drinks. A nice date night or girls nite out
