First House Pub - Winchester

Had lunch outside with the family. Kids menu is outstanding. Heather was our server. She managed all of our annoying customizations with a smile. She got everything right, was very attentive, and in general super fun to talk to. Thanks Heather. The Rochestet NY crew says thank you for making our lunch visit excellent!

My husband and I order pretty regularly from here and 8 out of 10 times they're great, food is awesome, and service is personable. There are 2 older waitresses that have been there a good while and I always have phenomenal service and food when they're in charge of the order. However the last 2 times we've ordered from there have been disappointing and frustrating. The same girl answered the phone, took the orders, and despite repeating the order back correctly have been wrong. Buffalo Wings with no sauce, Bourbon Burger with no cheese and then having cheese on it at this point, I don't think we'll be ordering again if she's the one taking it, I'm happy to play roulette until one of the better waitresses is taking the order.

Great Irish pub. I had the grilled cheese loaded which was tasty yet not memorable. However, the potato salad was excellent, if you like dill seasoning. Service was acceptable with only one person doing everything in the middle of the afternoon.

Great atmosphere and food. Just cool place. Our waitress was amazing. She was so great. Ill be back soon!

I went here with a friend, seemed a bit busy,which isnt the issue. It seemed that the waitress tended to her regulars more than anyone else.The vibe wasnt it
