Bidra med feedbackIt's really cool you can order it your way, just don't expect to get what you order. I ordered a sandwich with no onion and got lots, the bread was hard to boot. Then went to sip my ice cold diet Dr pepper and surprised to find it was sweet ice tea. I suggest just pull up and say surprise me, cause that's what you get anyway. Unfortunately I drove to work to eat and did not realize my order was wrong until too late and not enough time or energy to run back across town.
I'm happy to say that cleaned up nicely. Tables, floor, and bathrooms were all very clean now. The staff was nice, and the food was very typical of Burger King.. The soda machine was out of several flavors again, but that had my favorites, so I didn't care much.
Everytime I give this location my money it's NOT worth it!! They always get the food wrong no matter how long u have to wait for it. Then most employees I've dealt with are RUDE and LAZY. Its ridiculous...this location needs new employees.
Food was typical BK, but staff was heard talking about how dumb customers were. Need to be more professional. Dining room floors were super sticky, restroom was clean and easy in and out of business.
Absolutely some of the rudest people on the intercom. I put in a mobile app I gave her the number. She asked for my name. I said my name I repeated the number and was told yeah OK I just needed your name . I also ask for receipt because I need a paper receipt for my CPA. Didn 't get that. In the girl I spoke without the intercom absolutely refused to look at me. Because I was definitely ready to tell her how rude I thought she was. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I don 't know what bug you put up people 's behind but could you please extract extract it and create a good work environment so people may actually like coming to work and be nice to their customers? Having better food service for 30 plus years and now having my own business customer service is a key. It 's a key that your employees have lost.
