Arby's - Winchester

It's an Arby's. Nothing More, Nothing Less. Food was what was ordered. We ate in and the tables were clean. The staff were actually very nice and got us our food quickly and accurately.

Could not take advantage of special because must ordered through app. Senior with old phone. Discount not worth hassle. Music too loud, and poor station choice. Table wabbled.

I was at the drive-thru. There was no wait. The employee took the order and completed the transaction without a friendly gesture. Just all business, as if I was on an assembly line.The food was fresh and tasted good.

Ufff where do I start with this place I went here to apply and immediately within 2 minutes some of the employees I'm not saying their names for obvious reasons) told me not to apply they stared telling me that after the remodel the place got super toxic and a lot of their good people left apparently the new gm always leaves the building either to smoke or to get coffee when they're busy that's so unprofessional. I'm so glad they warned me. Now I'm warning everyone!
