O Zen - Wimereux

Pressed for time. so ordered the poisson du jour, which was sea bass served with a cream sauce, cold ratatouille (sounds strange combination, but worked so well) and fries (easily offered for the rice on the menu.) it was about 20 minutes waiting, but eating when it arrived was delicious. a pichet wein from the house wine list was a good supplement to eat. look forward to returning to try more from the menu.

Just because it was opposite the hotel we decided to try this place. We ordered a bottle puilly fume for aperative. They brought an opened bottle and two dirty wine glasses. No cooler, no tasting, no pouring, all was dropped on the table. I made...a comment about the bottle already being opened but that was normal according the waiter. So than, after cleaner glasses arrived, we poured ourselves a glass. My wife and I took a first sip ready for the meal to come because the pictures in the menu look great. Although I am not a specialist we immediately realized this was not the wine we ordered. This wine was totally different as any Poully fume. I asked the waiter for a new bottle and open it at the table which he did. Again we poured our own glass and this was totally different and tasted very good and worth the 28 euros. The waiter later said that indeed the first bottle had cork, very unlikely of a 2016 poully fume wine. We know for sure that the wine in the first bottle was not poully fume. About the food I can save time for any reader, worsed meal ever with my family and not anywhere close to the pictures in the menu. An oasis in wimereux that was exactly what we needed after a long trip. beautiful friendly staff, which was professional and accentuated. moules et frites copius and tasteful. my wife and I were thrilled and we'll be sure to see each other when we get in.

We arrived on a Sunday evening without booking, but were shown a selection of tables by a friendly lady. good day card with beautiful alternatives from my wife who enjoyed all three courses. my moule was also well chosen. a lot of sauces. said to the other lady, who was bilingual, which turned out to be a beautiful evening.

Service rapide et personnel agréable. Les plats sont bons à un prix raisonnables. Le cadre est simple mais confortable.
