I highly recommend trying the degustation menu at this restaurant - it is truly amazing. The wine pairing was delicious and our waitress, Sophie, provided us with the best service we've ever had. If you're looking for exceptional food and service, this is the place for you. I've already made a reservation to come back.

We had a fantastic lunch at Rustico during the New Year period! We enjoyed a 5-course shared tapas tasting menu, complete with a wine pairing that we highly recommend. Each course was impeccably prepared with delicious flavors, creating a truly exceptional fine dining experience. Our server was very knowledgeable about the wines, providing us with detailed explanations of their production and the flavors we could expect. After 2.5 hours, we felt like we had been transported to heaven. Additionally, the restaurant is pet-friendly. We absolutely recommend it without any reservations!

We enjoyed delicious modern Australian cuisine along with locally sourced wines that perfectly complemented each of the five courses in the set menu. Sophie was a delightful and friendly host, adding to our overall dining experience.

Had a wonderful birthday degustation lunch here. It was busy so I 'd recommend booking ahead to make sure you secure a table. The service and staff were wonderful, the food even more so with some of the ingredients being sourced locally from their neighbours. My friend described the dishes as you can really taste the thought! and I think that sums up the food quite well. Thoughtful.

5 course degustation menu. Everything was delicious and the serves were generous. Can also have wines to match each course or you can choose from the extensive drinks menu.
