Dunkin' - Wilton

I got 2 wake up wraps and there was paper in them from where the egg is on before you cook it. Didn’t notice till I took a bite. Don’t recommend getting food.

4years ago I had a very bad experience at the Wilton DDs with crazy rude employee. All honesty ...I avoided the place for years, but recently started going there for my> Cold Brew that gets me thru lol! Oh my gosh, what a difference in the staff!!! The crew working here now is really A game, every time. I've been seeing the same faces at drive up for a year now, always professional, great vibe even when they are so slammed. Anyway, came back here to change my review to top marks! Great employees should be rewarded!

Efficient and clean 6 years later They are still rocking out the same excellent ice coffee. They get it right every time! Have not been to another Dunkin that can do this. The girls at this location are always friendly and helpful. Especially Merrie

Unprofessional at drive through. Placed an order via app, pulled up to the the menu board, and we’re told to wait. Five minutes later, we’re told to wait again, then, when she FINALLY acknowledges us, she’s rude as hell. They have no donuts available that we ordered.
