Panda Express - Wilsonville

The food is fast, but good. Beautiful variety of protein selection. The teriyaki chicken, marinated and freshly carved, is fantastic. My favorite is Chow my noodle with chicken. Great beef also with vegetables. I also enjoyed a sweet coconut shrimp. So easy to make your favorite combination.

Hours on the line... and at the door... Incorrect Staff just start day 30 min after posted hours (Lights still out. Door not open). Would have been great if they could post their hours to match what they actually do.

Your doors closed for 30 min. Before the official closing time. Open Drive thru is closed with orange cones in Wilsonville and in Tualatin area, no one speaks with the loudspeaker on the ride thru. Staff was on the phone. And other employees just hid at the corner and looked at us (Tualatin). Can't even come out and say I'm sorry we're closed. No good customer service. Wilsonville just looked at us. Is this the new generation of customer service??

I often go here and they consistently have the Panda style food I expect. On the rare occasion when they are really late with a page, they often give a free item while I wait. (I was here today and it was good as usual)

My order was wrong. I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with said her name is Amanda she would send someone with my fixed order. Then called back and said she's off in 10 mins and would deliver it herself since I couldn't get there and leave my daughter in the hotel room alone. She got off at 940. Said she'd be here soon. Never showed up with my missing food from my order. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with panda express. To make things worse I got called at 1030pm to ask if I still wanted the food t I PAID FOR!! I asked for the managers name and she said Beatris.. when I called this morning asking for Beatris this same lady got on the phone and said no I said my name is Beatris and my managers name is Amanda. This place is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Such liars and they laugh about it thinking it's funny
