Dunkin' - Wilson

I love these dunkin and the workers! but that was for me. nothing like coming through a drink and seeing a serviette floating down.

To be honest, they used to be great, one- and out. 3 to 5 minutes. the same time every day. now there is a line for ever. I move to the car-duration window and talk and get baked for the cars I suspect are behind me because they are certainly not for my order. By now I'm looking at my drink that's just sitting on the window waiting for them to take my money and bring my drink to me so I can work myself. the slowness tormented and I have no idea whether they get points for it, but I often see that chick at the window that scans her phone as if she got points on the dunkin app for my order? the lady who used to run the window never did that. I miss her.

Items always missing from order or made incorrectly. Workers r always btchy. 15-30 minute line wait everytime. Honestly don't know how this place has almost 4 stars lol

Store hours say 5:00 a.m. opening, but it's 6:00 a.m. and the store is still not open. We ordered donuts and coffee online for a business function, but it appears we will go without. Horrible way to run a business.

Let me start off by saying I love Duncan, but 50 percent of the time they don't have what I want.
