Bidra med feedbackEverything today was average, nothing to be happy or write to home. the area was small for wendys possibly the smallest wendys dining room in which I have ever seen or arrived. it was full. customers wait in the line, we are overcrowded by some of the tables, including the table I sat on. I ordered two of the same hamburgers that add an salat and wobble. the burgers were not as hot as it should have been or would have been with other wendys. I tried to pay gray or samsung, because my feiances left the cars in the car and I had no money. they said they hadn't made mobile payments, in contrast to all the wendys I've ever had before. I had 22.00 bar one and was .05 short I had to get the car to get the nickel. the calender kept the line until I came back with the nickel. they said nothing to the other customers, were just waiting there. what the dining room made to fill and quickly crowded people were jammed. the people started to go because the line was just not moving yet. about .05 I thought this was crazy and unrespective for the other customers, especially if they had the symbol for tap money and mobile payments like gpay and apple pay on the card reader they even had the logos/stickers on the doors. from them not or are not set up, these kind of payments take the signs down, would have made sure that the physical card had in mine and the problem would have been easily avoided. the food was not terrible and it was cold that I gave them two stars. park: there are many free parkings in this restaurant, but the parking space is smaller and difficult to get in and out because the amount of traffic participants who advertise the parking to other shops, mentioning it, there is a strange traffic pattern, and is a possibility, but there is no sign or flagship.
I had received a wonderful coupon in the mail for buy on baconator get one for a dolla. So I hop and my car and head to my local Wendy’s on Eastwood road. Get up to the mic and say can I get two baconators one a meal and the other just the entree. I pull around to the window and explain I have the coupon. He says alright. Bout 30 seconds later the swashbuckling salamander that this Wendy’s employee is says he cant accept the coupon because it’s for two entrees. I exclaimed that if you ring me up for two baconators and fries and a drink on the side. He said I would have to re do the order. He basically said I’m too lazy and I don’t care about you to my face. I will never go there again. Maybe if I’m drunk and hungry but never again.
Waited 25 mins for a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich it was 1:15 am, they close at 2 am and always have a line at that time yet they do not act like they open.
We always enjoy Wendy's and the manager at this location was awesome! The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh! Thanks y'all!
Quite a bad dine-in experience. My Asiago sandwich had some very dry chicken with barely any ranch sauce. The utensil bar had empty ketchup dispensers. The strawberry Frosty tasted more like vanilla. On top of that, the cashier was odd. After eating, we ordered some extra food for my brother, and then they took my mom's debit card to the drive-through register. We waited a while to the point where we had to ask for the card back. They were also unable to give us a receipt, leaving us to exit hoping they didn't charge extra money.
