Ordered garnelen teriyaki. shrimp was hot, but rice was cold. they asked to recover and refused. I was on the line to get refund. no way to run a business. they cook very rude.

I don't care. my important other guy swore it would be good, but I felt like it wasn't really. like typical buffet-mall food, it tasted like it had eaten out. the chicken tasted very overcooked. I wouldn't recommend it unless they're in order with cheap food, that taste terrible.

Normally I love Sarku..but the last 2 times I ate there didn't taste just right....it wasn't bad but it wasn't like omg I can't wait to eat it. It could be me..I will try one more time an see.
