Bidra med feedbackThey were out of everything and I had to wait for a good 10 minutes just to place my order. I watched as multiple drive-through customers took all the food without informing the kitchen staff that supplies were low. By the time I reached the front of the line, there was nothing left. I questioned the manager's whereabouts and why more food wasn't being prepared when it was clear they were running short. There were several employees at the drive-through but only one person handling the line of 10 customers inside. The food was mediocre and not fresh. I will likely not be returning to this location.
The service I received today was incredibly awful. It seemed very disorganized, as they had recently hired some inexperienced individuals who did not seem to know what they were doing. I have never experienced such poor service before. When I ordered a larger plate, I expected to receive two sides and noodles in one container, with a small box containing my third side. However, this time they put all three sides into one container with my noodles, skimping on the noodles in order to fit the third side in. Additionally, I did not receive the sauce and fortune cookie that I had requested. The cashier was also very rude to me.
Hello. I order from your restaurant about once a week and always get the same dish. Unfortunately, this time the food was bad - it was dry and there was more broccoli than rice. I was very disappointed.
Had a missing item or two in my order a few times. However, when you are craving the taste of Panda Express, you give them another chance. The Sweetfire Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Honey Sesame Chicken are favorites always. Also if you haven’t put teriyaki sauce on the chow mien or fried rice you are missing out.
Karen the acting manager, was rude and they stopped cooking food an hour before closing.Orange chicken, the most popular dish.Then refused to serve my children dinner because I questioned her reasoning for not wanting to cook any more orange chicken.First she said she didn’t have any more to cook. Then Karen said she shut her fryers down early.Which is it?These kids running these places now a days are lazy and have no sense of customer service.I’m visiting from out of town but any of my future visits, I’ll never come to this location again.Straight trash.Thanks Karen
