Bubble Shack - Wilmington

My daughter ordered a Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry popping pearls and lychee jellies, while I chose Iced Vietnamese Coffee for myself and my son. Both were delicious. The pork and vegetable spring rolls were crispy, fresh, and flavorful, served with homemade duck sauce. I also got two small pork buns for my kids, who devoured them before I could try them, indicating they were tasty. Additionally, I ordered a few BBQ Pork Bahn Mi sandwiches without jalapeños, which were perfect with fresh shredded carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and pork. I toasted them at home and added Sriracha to mine. We love supporting small businesses like this one and will definitely return. Despite the impressive logo, I learned from the person who took my order that Bubble Shack is actually a small family business, not a franchise. I hope they extend their hours soon as closing at 5pm seems to be missing out on a potential dinner rush, possibly due to staffing constraints. Lastly, I almost forgot to mention the selection of interesting canned beverages like lychee, coconut, sugar cane, and coffee drinks. I grabbed three lychee drinks, as they are my favorite.

Favorite place for bahn mis and milk tea! The spring rolls are also INSANE! Haven?t had a bad item yet everything is delicious and fast!

Friendly Staff and tasty drinks and delicious Banh Mi, go for the classic with eggs. It?s a massive sandwich.

Great Bahn-mi. The grilled pork was the best sandwich and don't miss out on the buns filled with ground pork, Chinese sausage, and hardboiled egg. The Thai iced coffee with boba was a great sweet treat.
