Arby's - Wilmington

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The food is prepared quickly, but not so fast that you question its quality. The new fish sandwich is delicious, and they even give out coupons. Everyone who works there is friendly and cool.

I have been dining at this restaurant for a few months now, usually for lunch about once a week. I typically spend around $20 and order various items, sometimes using coupons. I may ask for modifications on some items in my order, but the staff is always courteous and professional. My order is always correct. The wraps are filled with fresh and delicious veggies, and the roast beef is perfectly cooked, just like at any other Arby's. The food here tastes like something you would make at home for your loved ones, rather than typical fast food. I also appreciate the safety measure of having plexiglass around the cashiers now.

I really enjoy the fish sandwiches and wish they were available year-round. The Mac and cheese is also a favorite of mine, even though I know it's a seasonal item. However, I was disappointed with the brisket French dip. My bacon was undercooked and I didn't expect roast beef to be involved. I didn't care for the dish overall. I think a version with just brisket and the dipping sauce would have been better. The bacon did add some flavor to the brisket, but unfortunately, it was undercooked.
