Bidra med feedbackAs someone who has been vegan for nearly 11 years and has dined in restaurants across the globe, both before and after transitioning to a plant-based diet, I can genuinely say that anyone would be enamored by Chef Anna's culinary magic. I hesitate to use the term "cooking" as it seems to diminish her incredible skills. I specifically requested French cuisine because it's a classic style of cooking, and I hadn't had authentic French food since becoming vegan—it's quite rare to find! Chef Anna truly exceeded our expectations. My only particular request was for crème brûlée, which I missed dearly. When she presented it, cracking the perfect caramelized crust brought me to the verge of tears. The taste was so heavenly that I might have let out a little gasp of joy. Every dish was too good for words. I’m already planning my next visit just to experience Chef Anna's cooking again!
This establishment does not adequately accommodate special dietary needs such as vegan, celiac, gluten-free, or nut allergies. When customers mention these requirements, the staff seems misinformed and does not take them seriously. Instead, they serve what they please and can be rude to paying customers. This is an update based on a previous review from April 19, 2022.
