Subway - Wilmette

If you can not speak English why would you answer the phone? I had a simple request. Please change my pick up time to 11:30. Their website offered me a time of 11:30 and when I placed the order it returned a time of 9:30. I called to change the time and the women had no idea what I was saying. I could not have been more clear. Don't answer the phone if you can not understand English?

Great visit!! I actually forgot my wallet and the man working continuously told me he'd make my sandwich for free!! I came back and he was still a joy!! So grateful for happy people!!

Absolutely amazing service. The workers are all very friendly and the food tasted perfect. Highly recommend this subway. It’s better than the other subways. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this subway rocks!

Terrible experience! Never will I return to this subway. Very rude to me and other customers as well because they were busy during lunch time. Really rude, it was crazy!

Doesn't even deserve one star. The prior comments are very accurate. Understaffed slow and completely rude. I was next in line when they told me it would be 25 minutes before they could make me a six inch sub!?! I've never experienced a more unprofessional subway operator ever. Don't waste your time!
