Dunkin' - Willowick

This dunkin used to be decent, but recently it looks like a bunch of teens have started working here and dont know how to make the drinks properly. The frozen coffee is just straight up coffee with barely any cream, sugar and syrup and its not blended well. The food is usually fine just the drinks have been really disappointing lately, especially the frozen drinks. I hope the manager or whoever runs this place, can properly train the employees in the future.

Restaurant was fine. Took over an hour for just coffee and a wrap. Everything was cold.

This was the second time with this driver and he was just as nice as the first time especially early morning. I'm glad I got him again. Food was also very good. Thank you

The service was very slow and it seemed very unorganized. I feel bad for the girl at the register who seemed to not know very much about how to work the POS system or about the menu, I'm assuming she was new, and probably not very well trained. She seemed flustered in the morning rush. I won't come back to this location if I can help it.
