We ate the buffet, it was really good. They also have a lot of vegetarian options. I was here today , I came in here few times before , there was more items in the buffet , what happened ? I have been dining at this restaurant for 10+ years. I like their food. I always tip 20%. Only recently have I found out that they already include 15% service fee in the overall bill and I tipped 20% over that. It would be nice that they would tell me about this charge. Instead, on the credit card signature page, they still leave you with a blank to tip. I am writing this review to remind others. updated review: In response to the response from the owner: Dear Taste of Indian, I apologize for not reading the itemized receipt carefully. I apologize for not knowing that it is a standard procedure to charge 15% service fee for a large group. I thought it would be a good idea to bring all my 9 students plus 1 colleague to dine at your restaurant so that they could bring their families later. That's how much I like your restaurant and your food. Clarification 1: I didn't receive a refund and I no longer feel that I need it. The important thing is that my students and I had a great time on November 4th to celebrate they completion of a program. Both the food and the experience totally worth the $32.09 service charge and the $50 tip. Clarification 2: no one brought the receipt to my table. I went to the front desk and I asked for a receipt. A woman printed it out and gave it to me there. Therefore I didn't have time to read the receipt. Again, my mistake. I will be more careful from now on. We love your food.
