Second time on this terrible situation. my debt that I did not learn from the first experience as well as all other negative comments. the personal here is müll. the manager frank has no healthy sense. Eat is bad and comes cold. I'm very difficult to dissatisfie. this place must close. I will never eat here again and for the owner: I have seen her answer on bad reviews. I filled the form on the website already after the first terrible experience. nothing has been done. So they take this evaluation and look at the closure.
Overall bad experience. for one, I've never seen our waitress talk us out of a food item, as it would take too long. but it gets more strange. all our foods came out 20 minutes a piece so nobody had eaten together. my food came out cold. also they, where ice sacks on dirty floor and pour into the pop machine. icy machine is probably broken, but no need of dirty ice I'm good.
It took about 15 minutes to sit, which was good. we ordered wings and a side of fries. it's over 50 minutes and we haven't got our food yet. I would not recommend this place. the waiting time is ridiculous for wings and I wouldn't come back. I should have read the other star reviews first. here's müll.
This is by far the worst customer service restaurant I’ve ever been to. I was dumb enough to try again on carry out and they forgot to give me half my order. Never coming here again or ordering online. I know you may be hungry or desperate for wings at some point in the afternoon but I’m telling you.. this is not the place! Something with the order will go wrong. Bet a lot of people here had same problem.
