Bidra med feedbackNot as good as the 1st zoes restaurant I went to. The fired corn tasted different here but overall it was still a healthy experience. Please start using a filter with the fountain drinks machine. The water tastes like mop water.
Our dealership ordered from Zoe’s Kitchen through the Zoe’s Kitchen App. They use a third party service for delivery services. Food arrived and items were missing. The employee and manager on duty was not willing to refund me as we were not driving for the missing items: they were rude and would not tell me the Manager’s name and hung up on me 3 times as I said I was reporting to corporate. I see there are other complaints as well over the past 2 months. Sounds like bad management. I will never order form here again and nor will our dealership. They lost good customers because they were rude and this is unacceptable customer service. We ordered here all the time and had no complaints until now and we certainly will not be ordering from here again!
The food is good. No lemon for ice tea.The help is unfriendly . Don't ask for anything. . The dine in restaurant has no heat and is freezing in winter.Therefore discouraging to customers. We couldn't wait to leave.
I go here all the time and i do love the food but i had a bad experience this time. the girl with the braids was rude to me for no reason. She said with an attitude excuse me are you picking up or something when I clearly was standing there waiting. Then they just push my food over the counter and don’t say anything. The bread on my sandwhich was also soggy and the chicken was dry.
Love Zoe's, and it's a healthy alternative to the usual eat-out lunch. Quick, friendly and delicious. Love their chicken. Love their chickens and beef kabobs!
