Dunkin' - Willow Grove

Stopped in to grab an avocado toast Already had coffee from previous DD run and had the NERVE to ask them to top it off because it had gotten cold Nicest staff ever did it without hesitation as a matter of fact with a smile and my avocado toast wasDELICIOUS

I love the people here..esp the guy taking orders from drive through in the morning. What a pleasant guy. And super organized and personable. He is fast like he works on Wall Street. Just a very well run machine at that location. I do think they may needanother person for walk ins at times.

I love matcha latte and I ordered consistently to Dunkin near my place. So far, they got 2 orders out of 10 orders made wrong to iced latte (coffee). I 've asked (through app) for less ice and out of 5 times, only ONCE it was filled with less ice. Small size was 4 sips and was gone I starting to doubt they made it almond milk when I order through app as apparently less ice means ice to the rim.

Every dunkin I've ever been to has been chaotic. The coffee is good, but no one knows what is going on at any given point. Last time, they confused my order for someone else's and served people in line behind us before us.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, and my orders were frequently incorrect. The night staff is decent, but the daytime team consistently gets things wrong. If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the heavier mixed-race employees made my drink incorrectly and refused to correct it. I usually focus on positive aspects in my reviews, but this location fails to meet even basic standards.
