Terrible experience, manager is terrible and wouldn't help with a good license. would also not give another family a new ice because the child did not like it. very rude manager and not willing to help at all.

I visited this load before a few weeks, and one of the girls who worked there, prepared food and servier costumes still their nose and scratched their nose with their hand and then does not wash their hands. it has simply continued to eat and serve costumes. so rough. also the children who worked there were so divided by the long line and tons of customers. where was the owner or manager on such animated, beautiful Saturday night? someone with something and experience should have been there to help these children. it's a shame that we used to like to go there.

Such a friendly young woman working behind the counter. Getting ice cream is such a happy experience. And she has made this experience 10 times better because she was so increfibly sweet.

Very busy today with one young lady behind the counter, she did a great job getting the orders out quickly. Great ice cream flavor selection.

Only one person working, serving a massive line. My pre-ordered $18 order wasn't even ready when I arrived. They didn't have the green waffle bowls for my Lucky Charms Over the Rainbow Creation, I did not see the gold glitter on my Sundae, and the Ice Cream itself was not green as in the picture but a grayish color. For making 35 minute drive just for this was very disappointing. ? He was very nice and helpful, that's the only thing that made the trip any good at all.
