Chick-fil-a - Willow Grove

I just got the worst Cobb salad from chick fila at the Willow Grove Mall. There was no cheese or bacon. The lettuce was slimy and wet. The service was horrible, kids just standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing, I will not visit that locationagain.

My order was wrong and took a long time. No one was really paying attention to the guests and more to the other coworkers. This used to be an amazing store but it just changed in the last couple months may not comeback

I hate Chick-fil-A? I was just 2x in this shopping center. in the 10 years it was there. I prefer the other restaurants, but really miss the tacobell that was there.

You can actually go inside now... They took a long time to bring me my Cobb salad and it was much lighter than if I went through the drive thru

Same as every other Chik fil A: the employees are extremely polite and move the line along very quickly and efficiently. The food is always hot and excellent. It is always the higher end (more expensive) option for fast food but worth it.
