Dave's Cosmic Subs - Willoughby

My daughter worked at this downtown willoughby location 1 day because the Manager kept saying they would be closed due to no staff. Very inconsistent schedules due to lack of employees which they didn't tell her upon hire. Now, she can't even get paid for that day of work because the Mgr only gave her an email address for the boss in which he has not replied to! I'm not dumb, I know there's a phone number you can call to obtain your pay...so yeah, looks like the next step is to call the US Labor Department Wage Hour Division to report this situation. Yes, it's 1 day, but 1 day worked that she should get paid for...how many other workers didn't get paid? Hmmmm...looks like an audit is coming.

I love dave’s but I’m really disappointed this location closes at 6. I stopped in just now for dinner and didn’t check the hours because I assumed a sub place would be open for dinner.

It’s never open. Just waiting for them to go out of business and open a Jersey mikes there.
