Chipotle Mexican Grill - Willoughby

So dirty! Why don't they just clean up the floors or the tables?! The staff look mad for some reason

I cannot say it enough. This Chipotle is so awful.It never use to be this bad years ago but it's just gone downhill. The staff is very rude and I mean VERY rude,they always run out of things which makes the wait longer,and they have this habit of messing up orders. I'm shocked this Chipotle hasn't shut down a long time ago and it honestly should and make room for a better food business. Please avoid this place even if you are impatiently hungry,trust me. Its better to get Coco Locos or Condado.Not worth it at all.

Always out of something. Staff and manager have horrible attitudes. There is a huge lack of customer service skills. I will never return.

They always don't take cash so be ready to use your card.

One of my favorite tak out restaurants in the city.
