Burger King - Willoughby

Excellent service. Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. My special order was done correctly. 5 stars from me.

Pretty consistent service, usually everyone is super nice. The food is also pretty consistent, but I will say the mayo/ketchup ratio changes often lol

The manager there is a riot, he keeps them all in place comes out talks to you super super nice. Great

Waited at the counter for someone to take my order, asked for a cup, no ice available, waited for sauce for my onion rings. The drive through line was wrapped in the staff was challenged. Also believe they were short-staffed.

I came through the drive-through to get a cheeseburger and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. When I got up to the window she was on her earbuds talking to someone and when I got my food it was completely wrong. I did not want to go back because I was in a hurry. Why are people allowed to have earbuds or headphones on? Isn’t it all about the Customer or is that just old-school?
