Moe's Southwest Grill - Willimantic

Don't bother. They're too busy filling Door Dash and UberEATS orders to help customers who walk in. Very poor management with 3 people behind the counter maybe one could help walk-ins???

Ladies behind counter were friendly and helpful.. manager not so much. Hope she gets free quesso for that big chip on her shoulder. Won't be seein me in there again.

Well Moe's is going down hill. I spent 80$ for two bowls and 2 quesadillas and 2 cups of queso. They only put half a scoop of meat in each. They also changed the queso container to a smaller one. Instead of filling it like in the past they put 1/4 in the container. I get that things are costing more in this economy but this was ridiculous!

We have ordered take out from the Willimantic Moes many times. More times than not something is missing. Tonight an entire meal was missing and the manager was very condescending when we called. If you want a good Mexican restaurant experience I would suggest going elsewhere.

Always great, fresh food. Friendly staff and quick service. I would not recommend going within their last hour of being open as the food isn't as fresh anymore.
