Applebee's Grill - Willimantic

This Applebees is a great experience: very welcoming, super chilly and cool, but the staff is also very friendly. There are 2 employees I have to spend for the best bartender (Allison and the best runner (Beatrice). You know what they do and you can say that making customers happy is their main priority. Food is good, a large menu helps with groups and for their prices it is worth 100%.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. I’m considering celebrating my birthday here this year! If you’re over 21, be sure to try the shark bowl. I’m not a fan of alcohol, but I gave it a shot and it was incredible! Luckily, my friend who doesn’t drink was able to drive me home.

The food was fantastic, but the service left something to be desired. Our server forgot to check on us multiple times, and a family member had to request a to-go box and bag four times. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the potatoes were delicious, but I think the staff could improve by paying more attention to their customers!
