The Bistro - WILLIAMSTON

This restaurant offers a casual atmosphere, delicious food, and affordable prices. It consistently provides great value for your money. I will miss this place and hope to visit again in the future. We enjoyed the strawberry bruschetta, ahi tuna starter, bistro steak, and chicken Marsala.

What a hidden gem in a small town! My partner and I spontaneously decided to dine at The Bistro. Despite not having reservations on a busy Friday night, the restaurant was surprisingly not crowded. The staff was friendly and our food arrived promptly. We both ordered beyond burgers with a side of "magic fries," which truly lived up to their name. I was impressed by their selection of non-alcoholic drinks, especially their homemade ginger syrup. The only downside of our experience was the lack of air conditioning, or possibly a broken unit, as we were both sweating profusely and had to leave mid-meal. Despite the discomfort, the charm of the restaurant and delicious food make us want to return, perhaps during the winter months.

The restaurant is charming and the food is delicious. The woman cooking behind the counter was amazing, however the server was lacking in attentiveness. We had to wait for a table despite there being only 2 people in the restaurant. Additionally, we had to ask for napkins and silverware, and the napkins we were given were from the bar. We also had to wait for our salads and my mom had to find silverware for us to eat. The plates on our table were never cleared until the woman behind the counter came over to help. Our waiter seemed uninterested in taking care of us, despite only having 2 other tables to attend to. Despite the shortcomings in service, the food was good. We will not be returning due to the lack of service, but we appreciate the good food.

It’s ok not great not bad the bistro is different in a good way though, the staff were on the A game doing great service that’s a plus, the selection of food is also a great benefit, the price of it is kinda off putting due to how it tasted could have been just us that day but it’s a solid 4 if you are in town it’s worth the stop inside.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered the seafood chowder and Strawberry Bruschetta which were both delicious!
