Bidra med feedbackI'll deliver a lot. the staff always goes far beyond other restaurants to ensure that the customer is happy. (if they are out of something, they'll let me call and see what the customer wants to do as a substitute. reimburse others only to the customers I believe will do the task of the customers.
I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't eat Taco Bell in about a year. They were always forgetting something and the people were rude. But this time the young man who took my order was very pleasant. I even saw him go to the lobby to check on guests. The girl who was up there was also very nice to the customers. My food (a large order) was made quick and the only forgotten thing was one taco. The only thing I had issues with this time was I tried to order online and wasted 15 mins of my time
Honestly it's one of my favorites. They rarely mess up my order. They're timely and they seem to have really good customer service. I will say that sometimes the food presentation is a lil sloppy in the sense that condiments will kind of be falling out of food that's not folded up nicely but it's no biggie.
Quick in and out. Food was good my cat liked the tortilla (that's not a joke)
Food was great as always but a woman sitting in the dine in area (employee maybe on break) was on the phone with someone screaming and yelling at them, swearing, the entire 15-20 minutes we were there. There were other customers in there as well eating as she was screaming into her phone.
