Hoss's Steak Sea House - Williamsport

The cleaver cut of steak was cooked exactly as I had requested. The fried butterflied shrimp were very good. Yet the Ceasar Salad was not ceasar salad at all. it was iceberg lettuce with a small amount of romaine. That was it. That is by no way a Ceasar Salad.

Results may vary. When its made well, its REALLY good. Ordered ribeye, rare, Cajun seasoning. Monday night was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Wednesday the same week, same order, came medium well and lightly seasoned. Dont get me wrong it was still pretty good but not nearly as satisfying as my first ribeye. Sides are pretty good. Baked potato was perfectly baked, moist from edge to skin, buttery flavorful potato. I will have dreams about that ribeye from monday for weeks. That was awesome.

The sweet tea I ordered never arrived . There was no plastic ware . The steak tips were over cooked . This is the 2nd time this particular hoss has done almost the same thing . I thought it was the people on staff , it is an overall quality issue

The presentation was nice, but the cleaver cut did not meet my expectations. It was tough and not cooked properly.

Was not happy with food at all!!! The french fries were stone cold the beef tips were overdone we wanted them well done but not overdone the little girl can hardly chew and the salad they sent the side salads had to be leftover lettuce that set out on their salad bar the cucumbers taste it funny it was lettuce a quick one cucumber and one onion how ridiculous for the price I paid learn my lesson will not order from there again
