Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Williamsburg

Ordered a detox island green (my regular) and it was a watered down waste of money.

Smoothies were delicious and were prepared quickly!

There's movies are very well good but eight and a half dollars for a smoothie that's a lot of money Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I visited the restaurant yesterday and was not very impressed, especially compared to my usual spot for smoothies. I have to admit it was early in the morning when I arrived, and I noticed the employees outside in the parking lot. Once inside, I saw one of them sitting down, which felt unprofessional. I had placed my order online, but my smoothie was just sitting on the counter. I've been to other places that make a point to keep their smoothies chilled.

I’ve visited many Tropical Smoothies and usually enjoy the flavors, but this time was different. I went specifically for the online exclusive Strawberry Shortcake smoothie, expecting a delightful mix of strawberries and pound cake. Unfortunately, it tasted more like cinnamon oatmeal with a bit of strawberry syrup on top. The tan color didn’t help the oatmeal resemblance either. I couldn’t finish it. However, I still recommend trying the Island Green or Bahama Mama, which are my regular favorites.
