Eq Cafeteria - Williamsburg

Oh my goodness! What amazing home cooked, comfort food. The people are wonderful. We were welcomed as if we were visiting for sunday dinner. Sweet potato pie is the best on the planet. Dont miss an opportunity to be treated.

We are from Florida and we stayed at the Green Spring Resort in Williamsburg, the lady Carla gave us a list of restaurants in the area. We went there on that Friday...when we pulled up and parked, a guy pulled up and parked at the same time. We told him how we found out about this place, not knowing that he was the E of the Cafe. When we got inside we were greeted by all the staff and the Q of the Cafe came over and and explained the process. And oh, the lady (Gwen) who serves the food is such a joy. So of course we went back the next day and you would think that we have known each other for years. All the food was great and seasoned very well. I highly recommend this Cafe if you are ever in the area.

The food is SOULFUL Delicious! The atmosphere is friendly welcoming. The owner's staff treat you like family....and the music will keep you tapping snapping while you're chewing! We will definitely be coming back!

So stumbled on this place when we were looking for the restaurant that used to be there. Staff was very friendly and the food was awesome! I had the fried catfish, and my family got orders of fried chicken and baked chicken. Everything look fresh and home cooked. They have only been open for two weeks, and I would defenitely come back again. Friendly and made me feel like I have known them for years.

Delicious Comfort Food. Friendly and excellent service. The made to order Catfish was Incredible, seasoned well. And the Lima Beans!!! Yesss!!
