Chipotle Mexican Grill - Williamsburg

If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes for an Uber order, go ahead. It's not worth it.

The wait time at this restaurant can vary, sometimes stretching to over 20 minutes.

The staff at this restaurant really need some training in customer service. Their attitude towards customers was terrible and they didn't seem to care about providing good service. To make matters worse, they were out of black beans, sour cream, and guacamole! How does Chipotle run out of such key ingredients?! The young employees working here also didn't seem to care about the cleanliness of their workspace. It was messy and there was old food sitting out.

Never make orders correctly, always out of ingredients! Employees and managers are rude and have terrible customer service!

I've been going for years...but yesterday was the worst. Every single soul except for one person looked like they were just there for a check...customer service was trash...along with the appearance of the line and drink station.
