Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I give them 5 stars for what they are a fast food restaurant. Food always seems fresh, chicken is tasty and cooked properly, fries are OK but there is better out there. Service is always friendly and quick.

Great service and order was correct at this location. I used the drive through. Employees were polite. They asked if I need salad dressing for the salad. I appreciate that because the Chick-fil-A across the street sure didn't ask! I visited both because my Sister's husband just passed away and I tried to buy everything I could think of to get her to eat. After wasting money and time to get that mess at the other place, she ended up opting to eat her Zaxby's salad. Thank you Zaxby's. You are the best! I'll never forget this. I also appreciate the extra sauce that the other place never even offered...

We stopped into this Zaxbys last week and the woman’s restroom only had one stall available and the other one was “out of order”. The men’s room has a broken hand soap dispenser and no paper towels. The floors in both bathrooms were not cleaned.We just stopped in today, again one whole week later, and none of these things have been attended too in either bathroom. In addition to these issues, there was no tea, unsweetened or sweet. When asked about the tea we were told the machine to make tea was broken.The people working there are nice and attentive and the food was good. Cleanliness needs addressed and the repairs need to be made to make this restaurant a more pleasant dining experience.

I love their salads but their drive thru is appalling. Countless times I have pulled in and didn't move for15. Minutes and left.

The food was Zaxby's good, But it wasn't hot. The drink machine was out of ice. The girl on the counter was very helpful and friendly. She was the highlight of my visit.
