Wendy's - Wilkes-Barre

Yet another Wyoming Valley Wendy's that is poor at best. Understandably understaffed in today's work climate, but the workers that are there have no sense of urgency. Management presence is negligible. Workers joking around, on their cell phones all while there is a lobby of customers at the counter and drive thru busy. This is not a well run establishment.

My fries were cold . My chicken sandwich was plain no cheese no lettuce nothing! Just a chicken pattie in between dry bread! My frosty was melted was afraid to even try it) I will never even spend another cent in that place.

Woman who took our order was rude. Bun was hard and cheese was cold. Won't waste a penny at this location again.

Employees arguing and cussing. Could not get order right and was very unsanitary. Worst Wendy's by far. Needs to be shut down or at the very least, a refresh cus this is sad.
