Frog Pond - Wilkes-Barre

I was wanting to try someplace I was never at for my weekly Thursday daddy/daughter date while Momma is working. I searched out wings on Yelp. When I saw the other positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. We were greeted and seated quickly. The service was friendly and efficient. We had the large pizza special with an order of wings. The wings came out and were crispy with a sufficient amount of sauce. I thought the pizza was perfectly cooked and was delicious. Our waitress gladly wrapped up our left over pizza and brought our check. She insisted there was no hurry but brought our check for our convenience (I like that). We were not rushed. However, she took our check when we were ready (I like that more). We will definitely will be back. One of our new hang outs!!!

Place isn't fancy, but you're going there for the foods. Burgers are great, wings great too. Service can get slow when they're busy. Diamond in a rough neighborhood. Used to go weekly in college. Then we moved. Nice treat once in a while.

First time there. Ordered wings and a burger to go. We decided to wait and have a beer it was really quiet for Friday night which the bartender expected because of the holiday weekend and the festivals going on. Normally busier but the quiet suites me just fine. Wings were excellent and the burger was huge. The staff was very friendly. We will be back.

Th wings oh boy they were fried perfect they were crispy and delicious. Pizza was good. I can see how they are known for their wings. The Frog Pond sauce was the best way better then the mild next time I will definitely try a different sauce. But all around a great wing experience!!

The prices are great but pizza is just okay. They put a LOT of sugar in the sauce. My 7 year old, who considers pizza one of the main food groups, wouldn't even finish a slice because it was so sweet. I agree with him, but luckily the cheap beer cuts the sweetness enough to make it tolerable. Won't be back for pizza, though.
