Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre Center City

Friendly staff. Breakfast only till 9am. Only 1 way when leaving. Clean rooms. Very nice bathroom. Hotel has covid rules . Bar and restaurant. Our waiter Michael was excellent. Thanks to all staff.

As a number of people here have mentioned, the staff went out of its way to welcome us, our dog, Annabelle, and assure that our stay was very enjoyable. This includes Michael, Leslie and the desk personnel...We travel twice/year from Maine to Florida and will make an effort to book again at this fine motel

Very comfortable clean rooms for a reasonable price to be located downtown and within walking distance to food/bars. Friendly knowledgable staff. Nice full breakfast included! The building is in need of updating in decor, epecially the lounge/dining area but was still worth the stay.

Lovely place to stay especially if you have an event at FM Kirby next door. Parking available for hotel guest behind the hotel. Free breakfast was plenty enough, love the potatoes.

Best atmosphere! Amazing ,friendly crew! We stayed over one night on 6/15/22 from the moment we got there we felt welcomed. Staff at a admiting to exiting were courteous, willing to do extra.We ate in the dining area, food was excellent, waiter so nice and made us feel special. Bartender attentive and professional. Music played on piano was impressive. A seasoned gentleman who knows how to please a crowd or a few. Breakfast was just as good. From banana pancakes,French toast, ham, sausage and more. The chef came out wanting to make sure we were satisfied with breakfast. Best stay at any hotel and we have been to many. Highly recommend.
