Arby's - Wilkes-Barre

I just ordered from my car. I'll get the Arby's regular roast beef sandwich. It was always fresh and delicious. The outdoor service is fast and accurate.

Food was made correctly and I do not have to check my order as when I go there the food is always fresh and the staff is always funny only downside sometimes the line

The service was terribly slow! There was one person waiting for his food and no one even acknowledged us for about 5 minutes. The soda machine didn't have ice which was fine because they gave you ice but the soda was flat! When I told them it was flat the first girl said okay and walked away, the second girl told me it was because the ice maker in the machine was broken! The workers were extremely loud with their orders and banter! Not a very nice atmosphere for eating a meal. The ONLY PLUS was that the food WAS delicious!

It was a typical Arby's. I was just disappointed when half of my large fry was filled with hours old fries and then topped off with perfect new fries. Seriously, just scrap and nasty rock hard ones next time please.

Hello fellow contributors to the economy, My name is Lindsay and I’m a proud mother of 5. I take pride in giving my kids a good life. I try to help them grow into mature adults and keep them healthy. We were walking around on a shopping adventure and Timmy got hungry so we decided to have a meal. Carl suggested Arby’s so I let them order what they want. After I found out the entire meal was 72.01$ I was outraged but continued to pay. My youngest daughter Samantha has a gluten, wheat, and lactose allergy and they neglected to tell us that those ingredients were in there after I explicitly asked. She ran to bathroom and proceeded to diarrhea and clog the bathroom toilet. Would not recommend going back.
