Mushroom Swiss burger was uneventful but fine. Fries were not hot or fresh. Ladies room smelled bad.Service was impeccable ?Food: 3/5

Food is always good but service was poor. Appetizers came out before our drinks/plates/silverware. When drinks finally came out they were not what we ordered. Also, I had to ask 3 times for more fries before getting any, even thought the waitress kept coming back asking if everything was good and i asked for them each time.... finally on her third visit to the table I told her no everything is not good... it would be great to get the fries that I have now asked for 3 times.....

Delicious burgers and endless fries are awesome. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She paid special attention to our grandaughters.

I remember when Red Robin was the place to go to for burgers. Now it's just an overpriced, more menu option fast food quality burger joint. I didn't even want to take photos of our food. Bottomless fries is nice, but they're not that great so you probably won't even finish what you got with your food in the first place. Servers were nice and attentive and that's why this is a 3 star review!
